Connect with the most vulnerable part of your psyche, addressing the primal needs for safety, love, and security. Learn to nurture this delicate stage of your existence with kindness and care.

Session 03

Reclaiming Your Inner Pre-Schooler Self

Reconnect with your imaginative and creative side, healing the wounds inflicted during early social interactions and learning experiences, promoting self-expression and confidence.

Session 05

Reclaiming Your Teenage Self

Confront and soothe the turmoil of your adolescent years, reconciling issues of identity, autonomy, and belonging, to step into your power and authenticity.

Session 02

Reclaiming Your Inner Toddler Self

Engage with the curious and energetic aspect of your inner child, fostering a sense of exploration and boundary-testing. Heal the fears and confusions experienced during this formative period.

Session 04

Reclaiming Your Inner School-Age Self

Address the challenges faced during your schooling years, focusing on issues like peer relationships, academic pressure, and self-esteem, paving the way for a renewed sense of self-worth.

Detail Structure for Each Session

  1. Reflection and Identification: 10 minutes

  2. Deep Journaling Session: 15 minutes

  3. Emotional Resonance with Childhood Photos: 10 minutes

  4. Letter Writing to Younger Self: 15 minutes

  5. Letter Writing to Current Self: 15 minutes

  6. Guided Meditation for Healing: 15 minutes
