Payment and Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing us for your wellness and personal development needs. y making a payment for our coaching services, you agree to the following Payment and Refund Policy:
Payment Methods

Payments for coaching sessions or packages must be made in full prior to the commencement of the first session.
We accept the following payment methods: Bank Transfer, QRIS, Virtual Account, Credit Card, and PayPal. -
All payments must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) or Japanese Yen (JPY) unless otherwise agreed.
Payment Due Dates

Payment is due upon receiving the invoice or payment request. Failure to make payment on time may result in delays in scheduling your coaching sessions or access to materials.
If you purchase a coaching package, the total amount must be paid upfront before starting the first session, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Non-Refundable Policy

All payments for coaching services are non-refundable. This applies to both single-session purchases and multi-session coaching packages.

Once payment is made, you agree to commit to the coaching program, and no refunds will be issued, regardless of whether you complete the full program or not.
Rescheduling Sessions

If you need to reschedule a session, please notify us at least 3 days in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to the coach’s availability.

If less than 3 days' notice is provided, or if you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session may not be rescheduled, and no refund or credit will be issued for the missed session.
Session Cancellations by the Coach

In the event that the coach needs to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be notified as soon as possible. We will arrange an alternative session at a mutually agreed time.

If the coach is unable to provide the session and an alternative cannot be arranged, you may be eligible for a refund for that specific session.
Package Expiry
Coaching packages must be used within 3 months from the date of purchase. After this period, any unused sessions will expire, and no refunds will be issued for unused sessions.
Commitment to the Program

By making a payment, you agree to actively participate in the coaching sessions and complete any assigned tasks or exercises to maximize the benefits of the program.

Coaching is a process that requires commitment and effort from both the coach and the client. As such, refunds are not available for lack of participation or dissatisfaction with the coaching outcomes, as these depend on your individual effort and actions.
Changes to the Payment and Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Payment and Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
