About Coaching Services
Program Participation

By enrolling in any coaching program, you agree to actively participate in all sessions and adhere to the guidance and recommendations provided by the coach.

Participation in the coaching sessions is voluntary, and you understand that your progress is dependent on your own efforts and commitment.
Confidentiality

We prioritize your privacy and confidentiality. All personal information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent.
No Guarantees
The coach does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from the coaching process. Personal growth and transformation depend on various factors, including your own commitment and actions.
Client Responsibility
You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own progress, decisions, and actions during and after the coaching sessions. The coach’s role is to offer guidance and support; however, the ultimate responsibility for achieving goals rests with you.
Ethical Conduct
The coach is committed to upholding high ethical standards as defined by recognized coaching bodies. All interactions will be conducted professionally and respectfully.
Session Scheduling and Cancellation

Sessions will be scheduled using Google Calendar. Please provide a valid Gmail address and WhatsApp number to facilitate scheduling and communication.

You are responsible for checking Google Calendar at least one day prior to your session to confirm its time and date.

To cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 1-day notice for cancellations and 3-days notice for rescheduling. Rescheduling is subject to the coach’s availability.

Missed sessions without proper notice may not be rescheduled, depending on the coach's availability.
Payments and Refund Policy

All payments for coaching sessions are non-refundable. Once a payment is made, you agree to commit to the coaching program.

Upon receipt of payment, you will receive an email with additional resources such as workbooks and appointment links.
Commitment to Sessions
By enrolling in the coaching program, you commit to attending all scheduled sessions and completing any tasks or exercises assigned by the coach to maximize your progress.
Termination of Services
The coach reserves the right to terminate the coaching relationship if these Terms and Conditions are violated or if there is any disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
If the coaching relationship is terminated, no refund will be provided for any remaining sessions.
Limitation of Liability
The coach is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your participation in the coaching program.

Governing Law
